Herbal Wellness Consultations with Asheville Herbalist Abby Artemisia
I believe that wellness is the body’s natural state and I want to work with you and your body to bring you back to health.
We’ll have a discussion in person in Asheville or virtually to discuss your desired wellness goals, your health symptoms and history, and what you’re willing to do. This is all about you! If there’s anything that feels yucky or isn’t working, we’ll change it.
We’ll work with herbs, nutrition, easy lifestyle practices, and of course herbs!
Process:
Email me for an introductory get-to-know-you call
If we seem like a good fit for each other, I’ll email you a short intake form to get a little more information.
Next, you’ll come into the Asheville office or we’ll have a virtual call. These usually last 60-90 minutes. I’ll learn more about you, your health history and goals, etc. We only talk about what you’re comfortable sharing.
I’ll create a simple to follow protocol for you to start within the week and make sure you understand it. The protocol will include herbal formulas I can make for you or you can find elsewhere.
We’ll follow up in a couple weeks, for 30 minutes, to discuss how it’s going and see if any changes need to be made.
We can do future follow ups if you wish to continue your journey to wellness on a schedule that we both agree on.
Pricing:

Abby Artemisia - Community Herbalist
Abby has studied Herbalism for 30 years!
She has had the great honor of learning from elder Herbalist, Leslita Williams, for 20 of those years. She has huge gratitude for all the beloved teachers she’s learned from over years of teaching at herbal conferences throughout the country.
Abby’s biggest teachers are the Plants themselves. She is outside, in the mountains of Appalachian North Carolina, learning touching, tasting, and taking Plant Medicine every day of her life.
She also makes and gives Herbal Medicine to her family, including her sweet Weimaraner Husky mix, Bluebell (named after the wildflower, not the ice cream).
Abby has learned a great deal of her knowledge through personal experience with single motherhood, poverty, abuse, chronic pain, and autoimmune issues. Starting her herbal consultation practice is a dream come true of transforming pain into community service work.
